Beginning July 8th, J.D. Smith will handle all outbound deliveries from Nike's Scarborough, Ontario customer service center to retail stores across Canada.

"J.D. Smith's leading-edge technology and vast experience with deliveries to retail customers put them ahead of the pack," says Rick Cleveland, National Customer Service Manager for Nike. "Our decision to partner with J.D. Smith was based on many factors: their exceptional focus on customer service, web-based tracking and tracing as well as on-line images of POD signatures, current EDI capabilities and competitive pricing," adds Cleveland.
